The official statement of the High commissioner for the Human rights of the United Nations mentions in addition that this situation could have been prevented since the company 7NG built residences of substitution in periphery of the capital and that it was simply necessary to propose to the inhabitants red Grounds much nearer a compensation for the market price, the price of the grounds having increased these last years. The United Nations also recall that such violent expulsions are “in contradiction with the engagement of the government to respect the Rule of law, to reduce poverty, to respect the Human rights and to support human development”.
