In June 8 1979 I was the victim among the first wave of refugees when the ruthless Thai soldiers bus us to Preah Vihear and tossed us over Phnom Dongrek. There were 110 buses rounded all of us up from Chumrum (camp) Nongchan to their south-eastern border mountain. Thai soldiers forced us to walk down over Phnom Dongrek. We stradled on ropes sliding off the steeply declined slope of the mountain. We had no food nor water and plus a field of landmine were awaiting for us. Many have loss their family members at this Phnom Dongrek. We felt we went through much greater ordeal than the Pol Pot years.

What the Thai did to us was unjustifiable and truly a crime against humanity. That's why I have some reserved feeling toward the Thai. I still refuse to buy Thai products or eat at their restaurant. I would skip or spit over their ice-tea and do the same to their airline. I absolutely will never want to step on the Siamese soil.

Dear Anonymous Khmer beloved ( Bien-aimé )you are wrong to said that you don't like Thai's food and visit Thailand, there are millions Khmers who live in Thailand, who sell the food to Cambodia.I have take Air Thai, from Fr to Phnom Penh, that is a very good service, well, don't say that: I love only Cambodia ,I eat only Cambodia's food.
There some good thai (Khmer surin for exp ) Our country is peaceful now, don't use Hinsa to our neigbour.Politician is not people, only Bad game, between Politic's game. We are only Khmer,or Thai 's people,be nice to each-other.La diplomatie is the best way to win .

Any violation of our Khmer national sovereignty demands strong condemnation and must be dealt with swiftly and appropriately. The Preah Vihear issue, of course, strucks a chord within our Khmer psychic and nationalist sentiments. But, one must be not be complacent with fact that our eastern border has been increasingly shrinking inwards. To avoid being sucked in for the sake of political scoring, we should approach this debate tactfully and decently. What we should be focusing on is the big picture - why the public only reacts to what is happening in the Western border, but not the East? Having said that, I do not for one minute condone Thai's aggression and invasion of our land, particularly Preah Vihear. In fact, I condemn this act of aggression on the strongest term.

I believe we as a nation must learn to stand up to all kind of agressions from all of our neighbours regardless. Thus my only hope is that the current government must reform on all fronts or be replaced.
