To all Khmer, Tim Sakhan is Khmer nationality and Vietnam has no business stepping into Kampuchea and arrested him for any reason. Tep Vong and Nuon Nget are Vietnamese puppet, they should be punished by removing their sbong jivo and jailed them. Khmer people must demand that Vietnamese government immediately send Tim Sakhan back to Kampuchea. Vietnam knew that the arrest was wrong according to the international law.
