My question : Samdech Dr Hun Sen ,PM of Cambodia less than $ 20,000 per year. Samdech Dr Hun Sen had built so many schools from his Money and donated a lot of Bi-Cheng,sarong to Khmer-People ..........How ? He's must be a Khmer-Billionaire.
