I heard from a former Phnom Penh EDC officer, that Om Yin Tieng's mother is Youn, but father is Khmer. He used to hurt his father till die since when he was a student he had asked his father to buy a motorbike but his father not agreed. After the fall of Phnom Penh year 1975, he did not feeding his father, let the villagers to feed. His father gravely hurt cuz his son, then he died. The EDC officer who feeded his father is alive. Tieng now became a top man for Dr. Hun Xen.

Oh it's really great story!
But as I know he is doggies of Dr Hun Sen.. He can barg to anybody who negative to his owner!
